That moment when you come downstairs and you smell pancakes.. Seriously my happiness level goes up from a 5 to a 9. And also making them is fun because it’s so easy my cat could even do it so here are the steps.
RECIPE FOR THE BEST HEALTHY (VEGAN) PANCAKES YOU WILL EAT IN YOUR LIFE.
- 1 cup of oats
- 3/4 cup of almond milk or another plant based milk. ( if your not vegan you can also use cow’s milk)
- 1 banana
- coconut sugar ( healthier option) or normal sugar
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- Put the ingredients in a food processor. ( I used a magic bullet)
- Blend blend blend and then you have your mix.. yes it’s that easy.
- After that grease your pan with coconut oil or olive oil (or butter if you are not vegan)
- Than cook them ( or bake them I don’t know) on a medium heat.
- Wait until they are golden brown.
- And that’s it. Now you can enjoy your heavenly pancakes 🙂
